Jay has called Las Vegas home since moving here with his family in 2001. Before real estate, he spent years working for his dad's roofing company, where he grew up around construction and learned the value of hard work, accountability, and doing what you say you're going to do.

Outside of work, Jay spends most of his time with his wife, Mimi, and their two dogs—Millie, a Blue Nose Pittie, and Bing, a German Shepherd. Beyond that, Jay is rarely sitting still. Weightlifting has been a major part of his life for years, and when he's not in the gym, he'd rather be outdoors hiking, camping, exploring the mountains, or finding somewhere cold to escape the Vegas heat. He's also a lifelong music lover with a soft spot for classic and Southern rock—especially Creedence Clearwater Revival and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Johnny was born and raised in Las Vegas and has called the city home his entire life. As the son of first-generation immigrants, he grew up with a strong appreciation for hard work, family, and creating opportunities for the people around him. Those values have carried into who he is today and how he approaches both his personal life and his work.

Johnny has always had an interest in real estate, which eventually grew into a full-time career. He's naturally easygoing and enjoys getting to know the people he works with, taking the time to listen and understand their situation. Outside of work, Johnny spends as much time as he can with friends and family. When he wants to get away from the noise, you'll usually find him outdoors with his English Bulldog, Rain — fishing, finding a good view, or just enjoying some peace and quiet.

Originally from Boston, Tom has spent more than five years in real estate acquisitions and investing, where he has overseen hundreds of successful transactions. Before real estate, Tom worked as a chef, an experience that taught him the value of preparation, attention to detail, and staying calm under pressure. Those qualities have carried into his work today, where he's known for being a genuine listener and a steady, reliable partner who makes the selling process feel simple, honest, and straightforward.

Tom's commitment to helping sellers comes from a personal place. Raised by a single mother who struggled with an aging home and limited resources, he saw firsthand how the right investor could make a real difference for a family. That experience shaped the way he works with homeowners today: listening first, understanding their situation, and treating every person with the same care and respect he would want for his own family. Outside of work, Tom enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, and exploring new places.

Kim has called the Las Vegas Valley home for the past three years. She is a proud mom to her two daughters, Mia and Alia, and a loving dog mom to her Shih Tzu, Buddy. Outside of work, Kim enjoys discovering new restaurants, exploring new places, and creating memorable experiences with her family.

She has always had an interest in real estate and is excited to continue learning, growing, and building her career in the industry. For Kim, it's all about family, creating meaningful experiences, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
